These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Strana platform and services provided by:

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Strana is an AI-powered video production platform designed for the hospitality industry. Our services include:

• AI-generated cinematic videos from uploaded photos and media
• Per-account AI model training for customized video outputs
• Video editing, narration, and post-production tools
• Media asset management and organization
• Multi-language video localization

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice to users.

• Eligibility: Strana is a B2B platform. You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legitimate business to create an account.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• One Account Per Entity: Each business entity should maintain a single account unless otherwise agreed with Strana.

• Per-Account Models: When you upload content, we may use it to train AI models specific to your account. These models are isolated and never shared with or used for other customers.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of AI training at any time by contacting privacy@strana.ai. Opting out may affect the quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Transparency: You can request information about how your content has been used in model training.
• Content Exclusion: You can flag specific uploads to exclude them from AI training.

• Subscriptions: Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are displayed on our pricing page.
• Credits: Certain operations (e.g., AI video generation) consume credits included in your plan or available for purchase.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT). Taxes will be added based on your business location.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless specified in your plan.

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to Strana. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely for providing our services to you.
• Generated Outputs: You own the video outputs generated by Strana from your content, subject to any applicable third-party licenses for stock media or templates.
• Platform IP: Strana retains all rights to the platform, its technology, AI models (excluding per-account trained weights), branding, and proprietary algorithms.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our:

• Uptime Target: We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Strana platform, excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Scheduled Maintenance: We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
• Service Credits: If we fail to meet our uptime target in a given month, affected customers may be eligible for service credits upon request. Credit amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is governed by German law (BGB):

• Unlimited Liability: We have unlimited liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for injuries to life, body, or health.
• Limited Liability: For simple negligence in breach of material contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damages, capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Exclusion: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data to the extent permitted by law.
• AI Outputs: While we strive for high-quality AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that outputs will be free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publication.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Termination for Breach: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, subject to a reasonable cure period for curable breaches.
• Data After Termination: Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we will delete your data from production systems. Backup deletion follows within 90 days.
• Surviving Provisions: Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
