Steps
- Open your request page — once your video has been produced, you'll see a Final assets tab.
- Click the Final assets tab to view the finished videos.
- Click the Download assets button in the top right corner to download your files.
You'll receive an email notification when your video is ready. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
