Short videos (up to 10 scenes)
Delivered within 48 hours.
Medium videos (10–30 scenes)
Delivered within 5 business days.
Large videos (30+ scenes)
The first 30 scenes are delivered within 5 business days. Each additional block of scenes is then delivered according to the SLA for its size.
For example, if your video has 40 scenes: the first 30 are delivered within 5 business days, and the remaining 10 scenes are delivered within 48 hours from that point.
These are maximum timelines — many requests are completed faster.
